First, thats now how innocent works. Second, weather people are the most unreliable of people, thats why their forecasts are rarely correct. Third, just because you dont have the judgement to identify the truth in the matter doesnt mean other people dont so "Neither you or I know the reason" is something that only works for abusers or the ignorant.

He’s not innocent he’s guilty but he hasn’t been convicted there’s a very big difference and language matters with these things.

You believe Toure is all but confirmed to go to Atalanta according to your last post but that report is coming from the same place as reports that Everton was in for him so you’re happy to believe the things that back up what you already think but not the things that don’t even when the sources are the same which is definitely confirmation rather than results bias.

No, he’s not guilty. Massive difference.

The evidence against him is overwhelming; the CPS couldn’t pursue the case on a technicality. Not that it would bother them in the least, but I’d torch every Everton shirt I own and disown the club completely if we signed him.
