Neither you or I know the reason for the witness withdrawing from the case, could be they were bought off, maybe pressured to withdraw or maybe it was thought their evidence wouldn’t stand up in court. Whatever the reason he has no case to answer, so weather people like or not he’s innocent.

Unpopular opinion. I think Che Adams would do decent job.

He's not 'target man' or prolific in PL but would suit Dyche system.

We need more than 1 striker but he's realistic target in our price range with PL experience.

No, he wasn't. The case collapsed before trial because his girlfriend didn't want to testify. He hasn't been "acquitted" of anything.

But if you're going to take that approach, neither has he been found guilty of anything.

Court of public opinion means nothing. The rule of law says you can only be found guilty of something after being tried by your peers.

This is in no-way suggesting that we sign him, just a comment on his alleged "guilt" of any crime

Couldn’t give a damn about the court case, the evidence was heard by everyone. That should be enough, sick of technicalities and money proving ‘innocence’ when the reality paints a different picture.

Would be different if nobody had heard it all over tape, but we did, and that’s the truth of it.

Yes I know all that but you said you doubted we were ever seriously in for toure even though Romano said we were and we had a bid accepted for him so it is definitely confirmation bias because you believe Romano when he confirms what you already believed but don’t believe him when he says something you didn’t think was likely that’s virtually the definition of it!

That’s replying to duality I don’t know how to split the quotes up sorry.

Leeds United have ‘closed the door’ on Everton as they continue to pursue Wilfried Gnonto this summer.

That’s according to journalist Ignazio Genuardi, who says the Blues may need to do some convincing to get one of their primary targets in this window.
Genuardi reports that after missing out on Almeria’s El Bilal Toure, who is close to joining Atalanta instead, Everton have pressed ahead with their efforts to sign alternatives.
Gnonto is one of them and numerous reports over the last few weeks have indicated that Everton are close to doing a deal for him after his impressive first season in the Premier League last year.
However, there appears to have been little progress on the potential deal over the last week or so and Genuardi may have an explanation.
