Summer transfer window 2023

Basically we're nowhere near bringing anyone in. Wouldn't be surprised if we don't buy someone for proper money, loans and free's at best, I think we are skint. If we get a transfer ban we really are up a stream without a paddle.

We've had our own transfer ban in place for some time.

The issue KT has at the moment is if certain players leave the club, there is more money to play with… does he panic now and use a limited budget? Or wait for the likes of Gray, Gomes, Holgate, Maupay, Cannon to leave and buy a better player

The panic has been here for 3 windows with this fella.
He gets paid to move on deadwood, if these players moved away towards the end of the window getting that better player might not be an option.

He had last summer January and 8 weeks of this window to get one in! If people are saying Maupay was BKs choice then resign if you as DoF didn't want him.

Time softens emotions but this feels much more hopeless than the 90's. At least then I felt an affinity to some of the players. Even if they weren't that good I felt that they'd give 100%. The 20's have given us a fairly unlikeable lot.

I'm of the opinion that we're equally as poor in selling players for decent money than we are at buying them. If Holgate, Gray & Maupay have known for ages that we're actively trying to sell them then it's a joke that they're still here really.

Sick of hearing interviews from DoF managers talking about we are trying or budgets to cover their own incompetence, stop whining about it they are all taking mutli million pound salaries from the club, if your not happy resign.

They were all happy to sign on the dotted line knowing the task in hand.
