I think Danjuma mainly plays off the right or behind DCL. He can also play on the left /alternating with Mcneil or if he isn't fit

We need at least 6 new players.
We've got 2.

We have zero money and need to sell/move on another 3/4 players who no one wants in order to get maybe 2 players in. Most of which will happen in the last week of the window.

Scouts are active but money is spent elsewhere rather than on an extensive network. Often scouting reports from abroad are from ‘freelance’ scouts who also recommend to several other clubs

Bought for 4.5m a year ago - 25.5m should buy a lot of scouting I would have thought.

But as @Nymzee says, why not scout the next versions of these players for a fraction of the cost?

Cos everyone else will be doing the same with more financial weight.

Then you have to consider whether they go straight into the team, sink or swim in the premiership.

Been mentioned in the thread, we don't have the foundations to bring an unknown for £3mill and hope they pull up trees when the fact the team as it is now don't and doesn't function properly.

Example with Barkley is that he goes straight into the team, there's no negotiations with clubs, and is cheaper up front

He's mostly a lw who can play up front or on the right (he hasn't played rw much in his career)

Mitoma at Brighton was £3mill too.

Have to also consider how the clubs are ran though. So Leeds have a DoF who buys them regardless of manager? (I think they do).

We have a club full of infighting and no alignment. So Leeds pulling a trigger on Gnonto (knowing full well they can sell for more they bought) will be a club decision and not a managerial one
