Sorry mate yeh, I’m just chatting wham, Everton are in a very healthy position financially they just require one cash injection and they’ll drop £300m in one window because, you know, Chelsea can so why can’t we. Silly me.
No, not silly you. You clearly don't know the financials. You don't know if money available is required for the stadium or whether it is an FFP/P&S issue. Most people acknowledge they don't know what the financial status is. But back to the point in question. It has been proven at Chelsea that an owner can purchase and spend a lot of money. If you know the financial status of EFC then you have a point to make, if you don't, it is just BS

We have got three weeks to get strikers in got a feeling Onana will be sold to fund transfers signings

Doncaster away in the cup

Yes they did, like we could’ve done with Coady for £4m and then sold him straight on to Leicester and made £3m on him. It appears the people who run Ligue 2 Saint Etienne are more clued up on how to run a football club than our own brain’s trust.

Trouble is if we signed coady on higher wages than Leicester were paying … then he may not have left and wanted to “fight for his place”

Onana will go for a fairly big wedge, most PL clubs that could afford him will have already done their transfer business or will be properly linked with a purchase eg Caicedo to Chelsea. I think Onana is staying at Everton

Some bedtime reading for you and why we’re still awaiting a legal outcome this year. Our financial issues, dating back 2 season here, are still exactly the same and actually even worse since the Ukraine war started.

Someone buying us this summer does not open the chequebook like it did with Chelsea.
