He needs to watch himself with what looks like an affirmation of a do nothing policy from the board or he's going to get tarred with the same brush.

He really needs to say “trying hard” in the transfer market doesn’t get points’.

He may be a little more forthright at the end of the transfer window if the situation hasn’t improved (I think we saw a glimpse of that in his post match conference after Bournemouth last season)

Totally agree it has to be a contractual issue , he won't recieve x , y ,z if he says certain things
