Dyche needs to summon up some of that snideness he shows in press conferences and pick up the phone to Moshiri and tell him we go down if we dont get a forward in.

Cannon must know the manager doesn’t rate him, he sat through Maupay missing sitter after sitter, and when he eventually takes him off he puts on a winger in his stead.

Our form home or away isn't good, because the team isn't good but comparative to our quality our recent away form was good. This was the run in, that home form was sending us down and the away form rescued us. I'm not saying I'm spectacularly confident about Villa but against a team that just got beat 5-1 it's certainly not a write off.
Thats kind of my concern. Everton are by far the biggest club he will ever manage and I dont know how much he will push things behind the scenes.
His comments after the game today were just totally small time. I didnt like it at all. And I didnt understand his selection or subs today either.
He deserves plenty of time after last season and I won't be calling for a manager to go again while Moshiri and BK remain in their positions, but I dont really see him ever getting us better than just about staying up.
We need him behind the scenes to be demanding forwards. Maybe he is doing that but who knows
Yeah can tell he will be going out on loan, was the same with mills last season. Most likely he wouldnt have scored but that is my worry with dyche. That even if we sign players say gnonto and beto winger and cf that he will make the subs fast enough to change a game

Maybe he was just trying to keep calm week 1 but i have no time for overhyping positives after a rubbish home loss. Sort of stuff you hear at a small club who have just come up and are happy to make up the numbers.
