Yes, its up to him to coach the team and he could do a few things differently, but today, for me at least, I dont think hes worthy of a great deal of ire.

There's a reason we are struggling season in season out it's that the squad isn't good enough until that's not the case it's hard to even judge a manager for me. At least we got chances we know the main issue is goal scoring that's on recruitment

Honestly, I cant be bothered checking, but I feel like I must have said the same thing in about 20 or 30 matches for the last few years.
 
Now the reality has to surly of hit home in the background. We are playing a young right back who is still not good enough to start in the league. We have a good quality midfielder being used as a right winger. We have Iwobi on the wing who is better a central midfielder and we have a striker who simply put cannot actually strike a ball.

The time to act is now.

Go and get Lukaku.
Go and get Kudos.
Go and get Gnoto.
Go and get Ekitike.

This has to be it now. We cannot go another season with Maupay up front. As much as we have wanted it to work. It simply doesn’t. We need good quality players and fast.

The set up was fine , the play was pretty good for periods ,chances created were as good as any in the past few years.

Didn't agree with Keane starting yet he done OK.
Doucoure ?( Garner 5 yards to his right ) meh.
Overall he got it right today did Dyche.
Until he starts about getting Maupay to keep getting into goalscoring positions , then it all fall down .
If he can't see what everyone else can we are in real trouble.

He has to demand firepower or he is gone & the circle starts again.

I get what your saying mate. We haven’t been a big club in a long time though in my opinion.

I think there has been a ton of self indulgence that’s pilled up to make Everton become archaic.Paid up ex players not speaking out, shilled up supporters groups members and zealots , online trolling to disconcerting voices, media relationships to keep the narratives to their own benefit. It all adds up.

The day that horrible man was applauded in 2012 , it was never the same for me. People will think this is ridiculous, the Moyes era and it’s cukture put the mindset of the club and many fans back year by being more than content for years of being best of the rest a few times and the odd win against Liverpool or Man Utd. It’s effectively killed the club for years.

Big clubs don’t settle for what’s gone on here, even pre Moshiri.

A new stadium is all well and good, it’s the people who will be moving in that’s the most important.

Then he knows we're in dire need of a forward and has to come good on his post match comments agianst B'mouth back in May when he stated there has to be major changes with this team...that'd be bollocks if he let this drift away into another season without Richarlison's replacement.

I dont mind Dyche but he gets no blank cheque from me.

Strange to be lying down after 1st game of the season where we actually played well.

fulham wouldn’t of expected to win

usually the home team puts on a show

i expect villa to

wolves we need to start

and hopefully we have more ins
 
Definitely some positives to take away from today's game but it just showed yet again the glaringly obvious problem that we need a player or 2 that can put the ball in the net far more frequently. Danjuma and Chermiti have been brought in to add goals but if we can get 2 more options in and get at least 25 games out of DCL this season then the chances might actually become goals.
