B) It's been said in a few places that Gray doesn't want to move abroad again because he has a young kid based in Birmingham.

So I don’t think this is a game charger for us.

Makes me think the recruitment was more important than Potter himself

Watching Potter at Chelsea told me he was the cause of Brighton's goalscoring problems. It's definitely about the players and recruitment which suggests that any manager we get in will face the same problems as Dyche.This squad isn't fit for anything but a relegation battle.
