I've completely made my peace with not getting Gnonto.
I'm far more invested in getting Che Adams over the line before lunch time Friday. This needs to just get bloody done now.
Che doesn't have to score 10 goals, he just has to be a decent hold up player to bring Harrison, McNeil Danjuma into the game and between them they will score the bulk of our goals, but Jewus Cwithe it needs to get done now!

Id be very surprised if Moshiri is here in 12 months mate, so his priority is get as much capital into the business as he can, he wont care a jot about Everton's future wellbeing.

Look at something like the Gray situation hes selling the kid for cash and brining in two wingers on the never, never who could be gone by the end of next May. We saw it in the last window with Gordon and Kean - £70 mill, vanished.

Well its getting to a bed wetting stage now isnt it.

Our first 11 is awful, especially in Key Areas.

McNeil cant come back quick enough and Harrison should improve us. Danjuma looked decent against Villa.

Everywhere else is a worry.

With our current team I really cant see us winning 13 games this season. Midfield and Defence is a shambles.

Adams may not be everyone's choices but if we are signing him, it needed to be done before Saturday.

6 points from a possible 9 looked on the cards before the start of the season - 0 from 9 looks likely.

10 wins and 8 draws is our target and that looks far fetched just now. I can't imagine any two new players coming in that could improve us beyond that. If we could somehow get 4 points from the first 4 games then I think that's the best we can hope for. Wolves to miss a hatful on Saturday 0-0
