If Keane is the hill Dyche has chosen to die on the DoF needs to stage an intervention and make it clear that death will come quickly. Michael Keane will relegate us, he’s not just bad, he makes everyone else worse.

Given a choice between Branthwaite or Dyche remaining at the club I choose Jarrad.
Agree 100 percent. If Dyche really feels Keane is better just send him packing now instead of Christmas.

No more deals. Sell Gray

I had high hopes that we would have wised up but again we have been let down by idiots

Wasn't expecting more then two wingers and a centre forward to be honest mate.

No money, no profile, no draw = skip fire.

The best objective for the season is to incrementally improve, 14th/15th.

I'm not actually that pessimistic to be honest, just trying to be realistic.

I'm just I guess amiss. Broadly I see a few positives from Thelwell but in large part the thesis seems to be missing. Why are we adding wingers that duplicate positional depth yet still leave some questions on the right? If we have 30 million to offer why isnt that going to a more assuring striker or being acquired on the hierarchy of importance and interest.

I do think there are intriguing profiles we have been connected with, for even decent value, but the lack of targeting a profile I don't understand. Its seems to be very narrow links to specific names or players being justified on completely different rationale. If that all can be balanced I guess its sensible but to me it looks scattershot. Maybe all these coalesce in assuring immediate results and longterm viability, but the lack of consistency in price range, skillset age is just confusing. Along with the lack of designated amounts based on the most important needs and priorities.

And an aside, I hope Dyche place in the chain of command is being upheld. I admit I have never really taken to him but frankly thats besides the point, managers should not be dictating our business full stop. I don't know if our dysfunction has simply caved to the current gaffer again but enough is enough. The likelihood Dyche is the manager in 18 months is slim as it is anywhere in the division. If we are dramatically placating to the current manager its going to end in a mess. He deserves his say but that's about it. If there is any teeth in the PSV Branthwaite rumors the club needs to look in the mirror.

Unfortunately we don’t have the money/cash flow to wise up. The only couple of times I recall us doing early business was in Moshiri’s first couple of years when we spent comparatively early. Other than that they Have been ‘signature’ BK type transfer windows. It’s clear that this last twelve months has been to raise capital, and there reduce the borrowing requirement for the new stadium. Moshiri is seeing the end game now and as people have said will be out in the next to to three years,

some of the crosses from Deulofeu in there 😭
It's not like we were even a good team then but compare Deulofeu putting things on an absolute plate for a bona-fide goalscorer in Lukaku to now were we've got Alex Iwobi doing those absolutely infuriating chipped balls he does into the goalkeeper's arms whilst Neal Maupay is waiting outside the box...

What's happened to this club is criminal.

Your middle paragraph suggests a club in turmoil with several different actors driving different strategies - none able to succeed.
I agree with your points but NSS!
