Initially I said I doubted the deals were realistic but you took it upon yourself to assume the optimistic side of the word doubt which maybe wasn’t robust and negative enough?
I don’t think a deal for either is realistic. Given the current predicament /circumstances, I doubt the deals can be done or that either player would want to come.
Once upon a time West Ham signed Tevez and Mascerano so who knows?

Yeah, wouldn't agree with any of those takes to be honest mate, you're reaching and you aren't breaking any new ground - i mean now your describing a career trajectory profile like Harry Kane, Mitoma was playing in Belgium a little over a year ago - hardly ground for your dismissal of the lad, is addition to career parellels with Arteta and Pienaar who were misfits who bounced here on loan, like a few others i can think off. I think you are million miles off on both counts to be honest. But all good.

Not sure we actually need a wide forward. We have brought 2 in already, and have Mcneil to return soon. Plus Young at a push could play there.
In term's of priorities, surely midfield cover is where it is at.
Unless either Keane or Godfrey go I don't even see us doing anything for CB as well.
