That Iwobi deal will only be a decent one if a replacement comes in....due to the financial state of the club I can see the Cannon Iwobi money being banked.

He's never really been used by Dyche in the middle. I think Danjuma and Harrison replace him. Only my opinion like. Danjuma, Harrison and Mcneil can't all start together, can they?.

I'd much rather we bought a centre half, a full back or a number 10. Ideally all 3. A right back, a left back, a centre half and a number 10 would be incredible, but all deals carry extra costs (agent fees, signing on fees etc) so can't see us doing anything 'mad' like that.

Even if Dyche likes Keane, and it’s not as much as some people say, it’s very, very clear that we need an alternative to Godfrey. Id be shocked if Dyche hasn’t requested someone else, especially since it was reported that he didn’t consider Godfrey or Holgate center backs.

Got to remember how much other sides have strengthened combined with the fact that we have thrown away 6 of the easiest points we'll see all season. We have a midfield that doesn't function, appalling full backs, just two decent CBs and are devoid of creativity. And we will not stay up by just throwing crosses into the box.

I agree that the signings we have made are decent, but they come up dramatically short of what we need.

Some people do seem to think that winning the window equates to winning football matches. I'm not even sure we're winning the window. Far more worried about Sheff Utd tomorrow than whether we bring in Cornet or not

Weve never needed numbers. As ive said for months, our squad is massive.

Sales are needed and quality brought in.

I wouldn’t say that’s right if the rumoured players out are right and nobody joins I make it that we have 21 proper first team players and that includes dele who we might not pick and dobbin and chermiti who look very green to say the least. That’s not a lot when you want 19 in the match squad every week.

Isn't the point of having better finances so that you can spend it on players ?

But the players who have gone/are going are no loss anyway. Get the dead wood gone and then hopefully get in better (or at least less worse) players

It’s the premier league. Teams need options off the bench and options in case of injuries / our squad is so thin even when everyone is fit.

You’ve seen the impact Fulham, wolves, villa attacking subs have had against us already.

Having only three wide options (with Dobbin as the 4th) just isn’t good enough. Same for midfield to be honest , 1 injury and we are down to bare bones.

I wouldnt be suprised if leeds want 37 - We want to pay 27 and we meet in the middle somewhere. They cant want to keep hold of him now after his behaviour.
Im not sure how good this lad is and i dont know what hes worth in todays mad market.
