because he will be the 5th option off the bench. can't give that spot to a young guy in our system, as they need to go out and get playing time. He's terrible and I hate him but this is not what we should be worrying about.

Indeed as Price has left, Onyango had an unlucky spell at Forest Green and Warrington i am not sure is ready

If Celtic get shut of Hart we should sign him up as Pickford's back up.

I'd take Barkley back on a free, we need options. Situation is clearly very desperate.

We need much better as back up. Hart would have only been acceptable as a replacement as 3rd choice.

Can't believe people are genuinely discussing the possibility of Barkley coming back. He is crap. He was crap when he left us and has gotten worse. He's also a massive moron.

It's imperative we get those two in.

If we do then I trust Dyche to know how to balance out sales and incomings elsewhere.

Dyche will look to replicate what he had at Burnley in terms of strike partners. I'm pretty sure of that. He will defo get a big target man in. I'll be amazed if he doesn't.

Good sign that Lonergan, Coleman and Davies have been offered new contracts for our transfer activity...

Lonergan probably 3rd keeper I’m happy with that, Coleman will share RB with Patterson as well as use his expertise to help the team another sensible move, Davies can do a job he’s a squad player nothing more, you need those type of players and if his wages are lowish I don’t have an issues. We need so many players we cant afford to build a whole new squad so it makes sense to keep some fringe players.
