This we need players who can play either side the idea we have one starter and that's it on either flank, is one of the reasons why we have an unbalanced squad. Maybe Mcneil will need rotating at times you need options.

They may have been worse than us in terms of the end result, but I do think some patterns of their attacking play suited him to get those numbers, this is great if we do something similar, but I am not sure we would.
Why do you keep saying to move McNeil central he’s been fantastic both attacking and helping the left back out when he’s played left mid?
Right now him, Tarkowski and Pickford are first names on the team sheet and I think he’d be far less effective centrally.
