That doesnt mean we should only sign Premier League players, but it should mean we should look for players who are playing above the standard of the rubbish leagues they are playing in.

Like Haaland for example, scored an utter shedload in rubbish leagues, every season = talented boy.

Sadly Tarkowski will be on like £80k+ and Caleta-Car would be pretty expensive. Caleta-Car has 12 months left on his contract. £20m would get him, IMHO. EDIT: he's one month older than Mason Holgate.
