Forwards should be the only priority now and should have been the only priority last year too.I admire your confidence but we can't win games with the current defence.
Until we get those players, no budget should be spent on other positions.

Gray and Onana out for £50m combined.
Come September, from that £120m received for those two, Gordon and Kean, we'll likely have spent £30m of it and be dead certs for relegation.
Be a good move for him that.
They have just came up … they will need and have money for signings … 15m and let him leave … no more loans , especially at the start of the window
Highlighting how poorly run we are. How has he earned the sort of wages that puts other teams off signing him? Insane. It's his wages mate. He's on a very big wage apparently, certainly not the kind Sheffield Utd would want to be paying
I understand that but our current first choice back four appears to be Coleman Godfrey Keane Mykolenko. Know what I mean?Forwards should be the only priority now and should have been the only priority last year too.

One thing I didn't get from the Podcast was how it helps us buy players. Yes it comes to the club, but if it comes in as a loan then it doesn't help our profit and loss line which is the hurdle we have to overcome before we buy again. I don't think we short of cash necessarily... we short of income.I listed to the Results Business Podcast yesterday (Esk and Rodger Armstrong). Esk did not speculate on the split of the pie but Andy Bells bridging loan of £40m comes out of this I think, with a small portion going towards working capital/transfer expenditure.

We can't win games with our current defence. Remember, we have lost Coady and Mina, so we would have to play either Holgate or Keane, which would mean conceding about two goals in every game. That's before we begin to look at our options at full back.I'm really only interested in forwards and goalscorers. We can win games with the current defence and midfield but we can't win games if we can't score.
Tarkowski is definitely in our first choice back 4I understand that but our current first choice back four appears to be Coleman Godfrey Keane Mykolenko. Know what I mean?
I'd give Branthwaite a go before playing Holgate or Keane but we deffo need another CBWe can't win games with our current defence. Obviously we need at least two forwards as well.
We won some games last year without those defenders. Not a huge amount, but it can be done.We can't win games with our current defence. ITK...first one in soon. I think we'll see big links in the next few days and a deal sewn up in the next week.
Unfortunately a lot of our fans turn there nose up at players sold by United etc, as if they are somehow rejects.I look forward to signing another failed PL player. Not even failed at a big team like we used to get from United. They’ve failed at someone proper crap like. Glorious.
