Exactly this. At Real Zaragoza, Sanllehi is "General Director" with a Sporting Director under him. It would be an attempt to replicate the Spanish structure used by City. President/Chairman (Khaldoon); General Director/CEO (Soriano) and Sporting Director/Director of Football (Begiristain). The Chairman is a symbolic leader and nowhere near any transfer business. I think It's a good model but I am not convinced Sanllehi is the right man for the job. In the meantime, it looks like we have Kenwright running things for the most important transfer window in our history.
