I think we dodged a bullet here. It's a big step up from Championship to Premier League. Look at Simms, great at Sunderland struggled at Everton. Although he is in a poor team, and put in the hardest away games.

I think the Coventry player will do great in Portugal.
He's played 219 minutes for the club

He hasn't even been given the chance to struggle

Yeah I’m not concerned at missing out here (if we even really tried). If you’re gambling that much on a championship player you really want them to be 21-22, give them plenty of time to grow. At 25, never having played top division football, that’s a real gamble, and a 35% sell on severely limits the upside if it does pay off.

Kev? Kev?? KEVVVVVVVVVVVVV?

Ambitious fees?

Well, they did win that trashy big tin cup some people thought was a big deal...
Our fans are so weird, it's one more trophy than we have won recently. I will never understand this turning our nose up at ANY cup. It's good for the players, it's good for the fans, it's good for morale and generally leads to higher European competition.

A tin cup that we can't even qualify for, some people need to get with reality.

How long's he got left on his contract, cos he wont ever see anything like that again, whoever he went to.
suppose it was the only way to prize him away from City.
Wouldn't be surprised if Leicester let him go for basically anything just to get that off there wage bill now...
Saudi beckons...

If there's going to be a big transfer out by tomorrow, then it's coming from nowhere.
Although it did seem Richarlison's transfer happened pretty quickly last year.

I doubt Keane will be going anywhere, we could probably get a higher fee for him if he did. Coleman is also staying for at least another season.

I reckon Gray is on his way out too.

The big transfer out to help the books happened in January so don’t think there’s any panic to sell by July 1 this year. It’s probably the reason there’s not been anything in though.
