Surely the manager meets the players. I wouldn't sign for a club before meeting the manager and understanding the role he wanted from me etc.

Gomes is wanted by Lille where he was last season and linked with Celta de Vigo where FSW is
Agent of Gbamin said a while ago he wont come back to us and wants a return to Germany.
Dele no rumours apart from the fact Dyche wants to look at him.

I expect Gomes and Gbamin to go but of course we are waiting for a decent bid.
As both are in their last year it will only be either a small fee or go for free / we pay no salary (assuming they are on 100k a week = 5 M p /year)

Our wage bill must now be considerably less than it was in May. Still probably far too high though

Definitely is still too high the worst part about it is it’s high on crap players, who don’t move on cause they won’t get close to that wage anywhere else so run there contracts down an then move on for free. Fantastic business model we’ve been running last few years, then finally realise oh we’ve been done here by a load of crap best let our only real assets go to recoup some money and not replace them, if that happens again this year we’re gone.

He must exist. I just saw two letters for auction stamped and posted to him, one to Greenland and the other to Iceland. The Icelandic post office have a special section to deal with mail to Father Christmas, to ensure everyone gets a reply. I kid you not.
