It shouldn't, imagine we can't buy players but Real Madrid can put in a huge bid for Branthwaite, for example.Unless all the major leagues align it won't happen.

I think they can.…but if our window closes, I assume foreign clubs can’t acquire players from PL clubs.

They can.
We need a good mix of experience and youth scouted from other leagues that can come in and make an impact at lower cost. We’ll have to take risks somewhere. Funnily enough the young players of proven quality with really good characters and outstanding fitness records and greta goal and assist numbers in a top quality league are all flashing up on the dashboards of the CL clubs.
Until we join that group we need to be recruiting smartly and that might mean taking risks. Newcastle went out and got Pope Trippoer Burn Wood Targett Gordon in their first few windows. Most people on here would complain at all of those if Everton did that, but it brought them up a level. They then obviously took some risks with big expenditure for Isaak Botman Tonali and Guimaraes, all players that some clubs had question marks about and Newcastle paid through the nose regardless for them.
There’s no risk free way of us recruiting. Proven quality will be very expensive and unproven quality is unproven. Either way it’s a risk.
That's not how it currently works. For example, Saudi clubs continued to sign PL players after our window closed in the summer. In fact, didn't we sell James after our window closed?…but if our window closes, I assume foreign clubs can’t acquire players from PL clubs.

Its not a transfer window, its a registration window, clubs can sign players 365 days a year, but can only register them in what we call Transfer Windows. That's not how it currently works. Ok, sure, sorry I got the didn't clearly outline the semantics. To be 100% accurate then, we could sell Branthwaite to Real Madrid on the 31st August, and they could register him as their "registration window" would be open, so he can play in their team. We could then sign Ronald Araujo or William Saliba to replace him, but we couldn't register them or play them as our "registration window", so it would be a complete waste of time and money. If the PL "registration window" were to close significantly before the "registration window" of other European leagues that would be bad for the league and bad for Everton, in my opinion. Happy now? Great. Its not a transfer window, its a registration window, clubs can sign players 365 days a year, but can only register them in what we call Transfer Windows.
Different countries have different times and dates when their windows open and close.
I added your post cos you were correct, I wasnt pulling you up on semantics bruh.Ok, sure, sorry I got the didn't clearly outline the semantics. Off topic, sorry, but there are some games for this thing involving some pretty big clubs in my city. Was thinking about going until I saw the ticket prices. $100 (which after taxes and fees is really about $135) for an individual third tier seat to one game. Can't imagine how much they'll run for the real world cup next year, but at least that'd be worth it. Probably going to spend like $500 to see Ghana play North Korea or something.Cant see it happening this Summer with the Club World cup rubbish.
…but if our window closes, I assume foreign clubs can’t acquire players from PL clubs.
…that would make it difficult.
