I feel that we will bring in three prob four high quality players for good fees and I think that will be transformative, I expect a couple of full backs, right winger and an attacker of high ceiling or quality and I think that will be transformative as in a way it’s very easy to balance this team and see where the gaps in quality are.

I see the logic in Longstaff and Soucek, ultimately you need nuts and bolts players to give you a foothold, we always had a Carsley, Graveson, Neville or Fellaini type, strong athletic utility battling midfielders. Theyl be between 27-31, he likes that experience and leadership.
While I’ve no doubt he sees something special in Armstrong and someone that age allows for succession planning for Armstrong.

If you watched us closely lately you will notice we’ve started making close to 5 subs a game, this is where I think loans and frees may come into it - I expect t loans to be more innovative like Arteta, Pieanar, Manny and Donovan - some lids with high ceiling on the rise or have lost there way - see Charly already. Also a couple of left fielders a Coufal or Miralass type that will be value for reasonable fees.

It’s too much work for one window really, so I think all of the above will be over 3-4.

I think we will be active - but also think some of the expectations of the window aren’t realistic - a couple of high quality fullbacks, a high quality right winger and an attacker - maybe one or two auxiliary, few loans, few left fielders, few re-signs is what I think we do in the window - ending up with a squad of 24ish.

I get one of soucek or longstaff but would like a different younger who csn grow into the team as next season id have gana garner longstaff/soucek tim. I want to see alot more of tim next season as i feel is a player there, then same with the rb spot patterson needs sorting out if we did get a backup in coufal i want anothet coming in so can plan for the future. I am not expecting massive moves and to be like wow , and agree will be some players we all just be not excited for just dont want the same mistakes again delph schnderlin expensive to buy and wages

De Bruyne will be on the bench, with Doucoure starting. Moyes for some reason felt it necessary to once again sing his praises even after that horrific display against Liverpool. There are definitely naked Moyes photos on Abdoulaye's person.

I’m hoping for Longstaff and Will Smallbone from Southampton to create a utterly penis midfield.

I know we make goo goo eyes st the likes of Rigg and Bellingham mate, but I think we have one of the best young midfielders in the country in Harrison Armstrong.
