Why on earth has he gone from a cushy easy Job at Wales to possibly league 1 bound Sunderland? Seems a big career risk to me.

Money. Not that that is bad, but any other reason makes zero sense.

He is a bang average manager, struck a flukey run at the Euros, failed to get a Euros semi final side out of a WC group, so basically, has one chance for a league job.

Cant stand the bloke personally.

Yeah he's a utter idiot. I actually thought he might be waiting for the wba job.

Arrogant, unpleasant individual joins the most toxic club in the league.

Liquidation now even more necessary.

It must be their 3rd manager in about 15 games. I dont share your dislike of the club, all opinions after all, but toxic is not wide of the mark.

He may well be, and to be fair, the situation when he took charge of Wales was unfortunate, to say the least. I personally think he took full credit for a few great Welsh players dragging less good ones up in one tournament.

Evidenced by failing to get the same group out of a less than threatening WC quali group.

Yeah, no I've heard he's a bit of a knob all right. I didn't like the way he dealt with Seamus Coleman tackles either.

Villa are t
If I had to say which club is most comparable to ourselves, it would be Everton. You're well Infront of us nowadays mind.
Villa are the biggest in the Midlands true
Even bigger than the baggies
But I recall your team scraping in the third tier
Speaking of tiers your top one shut most home games I seen?
Not having a pop
Met some brilliant villa fans and brum tbf
I can see where your comparison comes from and your club is a bad example of resting on laurels and thinking your to good to go down or the old adage of a season in the Championship will sort things out
Also you lot are cheeky barstewards piling in the blue house the year you won the league

Fair enough on not sharing the dislike! Will reiterate though, if they were looking to rebuild the link between fans and the club they have no idea what they are doing. Incredibly divisive bloke.
