If you arent at the very least in a play off position at the end of the season, then lock the gates and sell the SOL for housing

Just do that anyway. Save everyone the trouble.

When you are no longer employing a CEO at all and you put your mascot in charge of a major senior management position, you know it is time to give it up.

The bits I have seen of that league its awful but a lot will depend on new signings I suppose though the budget must be huge compared to most teams down there, just a case of finding the right balance

So is the debt :coffee: ignore the funky accounting with this takeover, it's all being done on the cheap.

Aye. Also looking forward to seeing this new manager. He is bringing a winning attuide to the club unlike most managers he hasn't failed. Should be a bit money if the crowds come back as we have 0 debt these days so we can invest. But have still to be wise about it

Of course he won't last till Christmas but still.

No debt now mate.

Honestly @roydo - there's far too much dodgy stuff floating around with this. Once the real intricacies of this takeover are made clear - bearing in mind the 'investors' are currently either unknown or basically bankrupt - it's going to end in tears.

No serious business makes the role of CEO 'redundant'

You may well be right mate. The new owner, os at least one of them, was on Talksport this week. Seemed to front up to all that was asked of him.

But lets face it, they may be technically debt free, but the chances of actual investment from the new lot seems unlikely. Reckon its an all in bet on promotion this season, which coincides with parachute money evaporating.

For the first time in donkey years we have a change to move forward and not backwards. Really change is happening at the club and despite going down we might be able to finally start a fresh.

Ive always said you don't need to spend loads just have a good manager and a good board who know what we they are doing. The new owners have already got rid of people and brought it new blood.

One things for certain it's going to be interesting. But we have to get it right off the pitch as much as on it. The new owners are seemingly putting us on the right track

He seemed to have done well up in Scotland, thing is if the season doesnt start well he could be thrown to the wolves, seems a better fit than Coleman though
