The Blues secured a final four place with Tuesday's thrilling 2-0 victory over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
The quarter-final victory ensures David Moyes' men will face Liverpool in a Merseyside derby at Wembley on Saturday, April 14.
And, three years on from the unforgettable FA Cup semi-final encounter with Manchester United, the Blues can guarantee that every 2011/12 Season Ticket holder will have the opportunity to savour the return to the home of English football.
The ticket guarantee will be available during the Season Ticket holder priority sales period only.
Full details of ticket allocation and priority sales periods will be published on evertonfc.com and supporters are requested to keep checking the website for news in the coming days.
David Moyes' men defeated Martin O'Neill's in-form Black Cats courtesy of efforts from Nikica Jelavic and a David Vaughan own goal.
The victory, Everton's sixth away from home this season, booked the Club's 26th semi-final appearance.
Everton CEO Robert Elstone told evertonfc.com: "Following a conversation with the Chairman it was agreed that, at a minimum, all Season Ticket holders should be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase a semi-final ticket.
"Returning to Wembley is something everybody associated with the Club is looking forward to and it is only right that our most loyal fans should be given the first opportunity to secure tickets.
"Our fans have shown incredible support for the team and the competition this season and I am sure that will continue on 14 April as we seek to reach our second FA Cup final in four years."
