Think Mirallas was just over eager to get the ball to make an impression to be honest, ran around like a loon the few minutes he'd been on, ran across and got the first tackle, went full pelt at the second and got it hopelessly wrong.
Just trying to get himself beyond the ball, and turn his back on the opponent so he could run away from him with the ball imo, misjudged his/opponents pace due to only being on for a couple of minutes and being rusty.
not excusing it, it was pathetic to do it so close to the end of a game the players worked so hard in, andcould of cost us the point, but that's how it looks to me.

I can see why he would be frustrated yes. Personally I think he's one of our most gifted players. But we've been doing boss lately, and the players ahead of him don't deserve to be dropped IMO. He shouldn't be a sulking tit, just because he hasn't been a regular within the first 5 games.
FWIW I don't think the challenge was even that bad, possibly overly enthusiastic to make an impression and it's gone wrong.

Eh I do but I'm not a fan of how soft the games called now. Any contact and everyone's screaming for a yellow. Defo a yellow on Kev but never a red for me. Would say the same if reversed

When Deulo came on, I was pretty sure he wouldn't be subbing on Kev and in the end he only used him as a timewasting sub.
Basically it's a decent result away from home, he wanted to go for the victory but he didn't want to risk leaving two inexperienced and young fullbacks exposed by two wingers not renowned for their defending.
With this in mind, the use of Deulo was very positive.

Firstly...Didnt see the game but result tells me all I need to know. We are getting there,
consistency is what we've been after for as a team.
This draw gives we almost as much satisfaction as the Chelsea win did. Call me ballbag but Thats the way it is.

No way is that a red. No chance. This league need to have a serious look at themselves if that's a straight red. Our league is going to the dogs, if that's even a yellow, let alone a red.
Stones was truly superb. Simply world class. Controlled that game with his eyes closed and again was that good he was taking the piss. The best defender in the country for me, incredible. With jagielka we really do have the best Centre back partnership in the league. Both are superb.
Galloway had another excellent game and it was a delight to see him getting forward trying to make things happen. Brilliant.
Barkley was tremendous and didn't put a foot wrong. Was causing problems every time he got the ball. The rest in the summer has done him wonders and he's now showing his true worth.
The difference between a point and 3 today was lukaku. Has to be said. Awful performance.
