To be honest I'm happy to roll the dice with new owners. Moshiri hasn't a clue whatsoever about football, almost relegated us, and we have been a shambles on and off the pitch.
I think we will struggle to make poorer decisions. I've been embarrassed at how we've been run for a few years now.At least we had hope of challenging the top with Moshiri, he wanted us to be a big club again regardless of cost. Under American owners we would have been comparatively slumming it and saying hello to a stadium in Stonebridge Cross if we got a new one at all.
Now yes they could make better decisions with less money and we'd still be no worse than where we ended up, but there are zero guarantees they will make better decisions.

It's football. By it's nature, nowadays shrouded in mystery. Undisclosed transfer fees, agents unaccountable, FIFA, the list goes on... It's a gold train.
Ten years ago, the wealthy wanted to show themselves and their wealth by buying clubs. Vanity and clever accounting.
Now, it's consortiums. With a "respected" figurehead ie. Staveley, Kenyon et al. And the rest in the murky background.
Not sure where I stand on this tbh......

Wouldnt make much differenceEven if we get taken over by the American Mike Ashley?
I doubt it‘Including the club’s debt’. How much is that? Is that all the debt that is currently owed to Moshiri?
For all his ever so benevolent funding, it looks like Moshiri will be walking away with a hefty profit?
He just said that on a Twitter space. He doesn’t know much about it but all he knows at the moment is Moshiri was looking for help on BMD which had turned into a potential sale.Considering he recorded a podcast with nothing but minor transfer tittle tattle about an hour before this massive story broke I think it’s fair to say Bobble is out of the loop on this one.
Some of these fans dont understand what is heading their way.
Reality will hit them hard over the coming years if this lot get keys to Goodison.
Be marches in their thousands when its all too late.
