Takeover bid by Peter Kenyon

It’s pretty clear Moshiri hates the club, hates the fans, wishes he’d never got involved in the first place.

He will take the money from whatever source, and run.
I think that's maybe a slightly overstatement Kev.
I honestly think he has lost some of his initial enthusiasm for being a club owner and having to fund BMD moreorless on his own (or with AU money) and an apparent inability to attract outside funding has further diminished his interests in the long term.

Are there any American owners that are actually liked by the fans of the clubs they own?

(Apart from Wrexham as I'd love Mac as our owner)

It's not even about spending, it's about having forward thinking professionals in charge of the running of the club, people who understand marketing and communications and have a vision for us as a club

Are these people all of the above? I haven’t got a clue. But what I do know is Rod, Jane and Freddy (Bill, Mosh, Baxendale) certainly aren't anywhere near the level required to move this club forward. In fact, we were one game away from being finished and people need to remember that. If we'd have gone down, Bungle, George and Zippy would have looked like a real attractive proposition compared to the knobheads who have overseen our demise

This fella feels a bit left out from that post.

Until I learn more Dave, I'm completely neutral.
I don't think we'll learn anything more until such time as the Kenyon-led consortium examine the accounts, and then I suspect this will be the point that whatever moves are currently being made will slow down as the enormity of the situation sinks in.
Maybe, but I think (despite his obvious failings in other areas) Moshiri would be a little more forthcoming with a consortium before signing head of terms and exclusivity agreements.

I don't expect they'll be too surprised at what they find. If they'd have been trying to buy off you know who they'd have been told everything is in fine shape. Afterall, we're revered!

All seems to be smoke and mirrors with these chaps, and not a lot is known about them. We need to wait and see here I think. Could be bad, could be terrific.

Only thing we know for certain, is we’re going nowhere fast as we are, so maybe just roll the dice and enjoy the ride! Might be very pleasantly surprised..

In 2011, The Wall Street Journal reported on the vast water consumption of wealthy Palm Beach residents during exceptional drought conditions.[81] Thornton was listed as a top-five water user, having consumed 8,698,492 gallons between June 2010 and May 2011. The average Palm Beach resident consumes 108,000 gallons per year.

Im concerned that hes an alien.

Time will tell for sure...

And as for being 'revered' and us having had 'good times' - let's not go down that path eh :D ;)

Public domain says no, but a fella is going to then make his hidden billions public knowledge just to buy Everton.

Come on Esk, do better
