I can see it now, first error made
“Oh my god bring Bill back. This isn’t Everton”
Loads of people have wanted this board out and moshiri. Im"Kenyon is fronting a group, including chief executive of Minneapolis-based Talon Real Estate Maciek Kaminski and American businessman John Thornton"
Stink of chancers looking for a quick buck from BMD.
Then there is this:
"Kaminski is said to be a very private individual and it is unclear whether his wealth is personal or if he has secured funding through his business interests.
Attempts to contact Kaminski, who was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States aged eight, have so far been fruitless but a source told Telegraph Sport: “Kaminski is the money behind the bid. There is not a lot of information out there about him"
So basically its a toss up between if the fella is legit or a bloke from a Manchester bedsit / fake sheikh full of bluff.
Nothing good will come from this takeover - if fans had sense they would mobilise before its too late.
Anyone who says that needs volleying over a fence into RAWK's dildo filled back garden.
This is exactly what john Blain said on toffee TV 3 months ago. And loads of people said moshiri would struggle to sell us.A key line in the PA Media report in The Guardian:
"But there are understood to be a number of other parties who are keeping an eye on developments and would be interested in the club were it to become available for purchase."
So you reckon Moshiri wants someone to buy into the club but leave him in control ?I am not completely convinced that Moshiri wants to sell up and leave completely.
I think he was/is looking for investors to share the financial loan and the story has evolved from there.
There certainly seems to be investors who want total control but I wonder if there are investors also who want a piece of the company but not the whole thing ?
Last time we were considering an American buyout when Moshiri appeared from nowhere, this may be similar.
High stake games like these are rarely played out in public.

Not saying that was you, but plenty wanted them gone. Now here’s a chance and you’re shouting it down.
Is there the perfect owner out there? And probably makes a mockery of theEsk saying for years moshiri is on his own, as soon as we lose usm and Usmanov in the background he wants out.
Have the potential new owners donned scarfs and played keepy-up in front of a crowd yet?If you are the money man behind a £500m-1billion takeover and you have little to no information about you in the public domain (including reputable sites such as Forbes etc) then something doesn't add up.
These are real estate / US venture Capitalists looking for a quick buck.
We are in for a rocky few years ahead.

Peter Kenyon clearly isn’t perfect but who honestly is? What he’s got in his favour is that he’s managed two very successful football clubs whilst in those roles. Unless anyone knows of him failing at Utd & Chelsea?
I don’t believe that was the case? He’s already got far more football/ business acumen then both Bill & Moshiri
Forgetting the unsavoury links to Bannon/Trump et al, fans should be bothered by the fachts that:
1. The named investors so far are wall of wolf street mogel types with no track record at any sports or interest in football.
2. Neither of the 2 named are wealthy by PL standards
3. Kenyon is a snake
4. Reading the article they are very private individual's shrouded in mystery.
Cant believe our fans are happy to just watch this go ahead without a whimper - at best this will finish us as a club with any future aspirations of success at worst they'll leverage buy the club and leave us in debt.
Little tidbit on Thornton's Wikipedia page...haha what in the world was he doing?

Well from all accounts just an absolutely despicable person...the main question is how much stock do you put in who these people choose to associate themselves with. Steve Bannon will obviously have nothing to do with Everton, but the fact that he's very close friends with Thornton is a problem for some people, very understandably so. Bannon is a xenophobic, racist, abusive white nationalist who is doing everything he can to burn down democratic institutions around the world, and Thornton trusts him so much that he set up an official meeting between him and the Chinese government. He obviously shares a lot of the same views. If Thornton becomes one of owners, it's a black mark on the club, regardless of the whole "there's no good billionaires" which I also very much agree with. Todd Boehly isn't buddies with a white nationalist, that we know of. We can and should expect better.
