Absolutely won't be said as Bill will keep his position as a board member somehow.Oh it will be said mate . Far too predictable.
I maybe wrong but....is anyone excited by a proposed takeover with these people?
Thought not
Yeah , as we’re only 3 weeks on from nearly being relegated after spending 500m+ with horrendous signings coupled with horrendous managerial appointments with zero strategy on how to grow Everton off the pitch, yeah the next lot won’t be as bad that I guarantee
Having more than one group as on option especially when that said group has fascist associations, no sport experience and questionable financing is a low bar. And an alternative is not simply an improvement. I would argue raising said questions is simply due diligence.Loads of people have wanted this board out and moshiri. Im
Not saying that was you, but plenty wanted them gone. Now here’s a chance and you’re shouting it down.
Is there the perfect owner out there? And probably makes a mockery of theEsk saying for years moshiri is on his own, as soon as we lose usm and Usmanov in the background he wants out.
See the echo reporting that talks about financing the ground turned into full blown takeover talks by those interested parties - I believe Goldman Sachs were involved in the talks of financing of the ground investment.
Unlike the last 25 yearsIf you are the money man behind a £500m-1billion takeover and you have little to no information about you in the public domain (including reputable sites such as Forbes etc) then something doesn't add up.
These are real estate / US venture Capitalists looking for a quick buck.
We are in for a rocky few years ahead.

Someone who wants to make an enormous return on their money. So you reckon Moshiri wants someone to buy into the club but leave him in control ?
What sort of idiot would agree to a deal like that?
Can we still signi players if a sale of a club is going through? I think you can’t that’s why I expect it to be done quickly
"Kenyon is fronting a group, including chief executive of Minneapolis-based Talon Real Estate Maciek Kaminski and American businessman John Thornton"
Stink of chancers looking for a quick buck from BMD.
Then there is this:
"Kaminski is said to be a very private individual and it is unclear whether his wealth is personal or if he has secured funding through his business interests.
Attempts to contact Kaminski, who was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States aged eight, have so far been fruitless but a source told Telegraph Sport: “Kaminski is the money behind the bid. There is not a lot of information out there about him"
So basically its a toss up between if the fella is legit or a bloke from a Manchester bedsit / fake sheikh full of bluff.
Nothing good will come from this takeover - if fans had sense they would mobilise before its too late.
I second that. Moshiri is unsavory but fans I think should have more frustration with how he is conducting this process along with the single ownership group he is approaching. And expect a better group or at least options.
This sale is being done for very similar reasons the Chelsea one was. Sadly the fact our owner is not explicitly Usmanov is not doing us favors. Moshiri might not want to admit it but he has been large part a front, and frankly I think his pride is getting in his way from doing this respectably. I don't think he publicly wants to admit that he might not have the resources to fund the team effectively (not that he has even with a oligarch signing his checks)
The difference though in the Chelsea sale was it became a relatively considered process considering the circumstances. Considering the situation the owners seemed to have to publicly pitch their desires meeting with the fan group etc. If the exclusivity rights to the sale are indeed true I think think thats extremely disrespectful by Moshiri and the board to the fans. Especially considering the context and how poorly the team has been run. Not to mention the slew of interested parties for the Chelsea sale that missed out and the scale of our club. (I see little reason the likes of Stephan Pagliuca or the other owners wouldn't possibly have interest in Everton). The clubs owner being decided hastily and behind closed doors is inexcusable.
Rumblings about other suitors in the press now. The hope is that Mosh has leaked this deal as bait for the bigger fish. It worked for Chelsea, hopefully we get a few more interested parties too!

The club was not known to even been for sale. Maybe such knowledge was known around those who would be interested but Moshiri possibly offering exclusivity to a single party is full stop negligence if not also poor business. I see no reason considering the reasons for the sale that the process should not be similar to the Chelsea deal (albeit for less money).
How this process is taking place is symptomatic and or demonstrating the board and owners negligence.
I reckon this Thornton mush was absolutely crushed when the Proud Boys failed miserably to topple the White House. Imagine his orgasmic joy when he saw picture on BBC world service a a large group of flare weilding men took over a entire football ground without so much as an assault rifle between them. He is probaly still stroking himslef through his trousers thinking of how he could have use shipped wholesale to Washington to finish the job those Proud Boy quilts failed so spectacularly to do!
All he need do is wear a t-shirt saying ”Kopies are gibshites” while presenting Riquleme holding an Everton Shirt and he would have tens of thousands of loyal headcases at his command!![]()

Would be very surprised if they were not involved either in terms of structuring and (being paid to) market the loan to their institutional clients to be fair. Probably a number of banks appointed to this type of agency work and solicit the best rate/terms we can get.See the echo reporting that talks about financing the ground turned into full blown takeover talks by those interested parties - I believe Goldman Sachs were involved in the talks of financing of the ground investment.
