I truly believe people have outright lied to my face about being anti Tory and have then gone and voted for them in private

Hang on Mikey, I know you go to quite a few aways but how many people have you spoken to outside the Stockport and Stone areas ? The vast majority of people I know are socialists and will have voted Labour. They won't be lying, it's just the way the demographics of the country are.

We both live, and ( mostly ) work, in Labour strongholds. But if you venture outside those areas you'll find large areas of the country which are proud Tory supporters. Elections aren't won and lost in areas of core support, they're won in the swing seats.

Is there a chance this exit poll is wrong?
I hope so. They've been wrong in the past. If it's not, I imagine Cameron will go for a minority government rather than go into coalition with anyone else. He will get support from UKIP and DUP on most issues and will basically dare everyone to bring him down on a vote by vote basis. The Tory strategy of targeting Lib Dem seats will have worked spectacularly well, but if the numbers are closer and a coalition is required then that could be a problem for him as I can't imagine the Lib Dems doing a deal with a party who have taken loads of seats off them.

Can't wait ft or this to be over to be honest, sicking of seeing the politicians lying through their teeth. They will be on holiday soon, thank god
