They should, but if they lose 2 or 3 quickly, they could easily shut up shop with so many wickets in hand.If Oz get their 30 overs, I think they'll go for it and do it.
Rain has stopped apparently.

Yeah that's the smart play for sure. They should, but if they lose 2 or 3 quickly, they could easily shut up shop with so many wickets in hand.
I haven’t seen the incident but it is not only wicket keepers that throw it up immediately. I’m not offering a view on the rights or wrongs of this specific issue but from what some people have said I can see why it wasn’t given.Re the Stokes 'catch/no catch.
All the time we see wicketkeepers instantly throw the ball in the air when they make a catch. The ball was in Stokes's hand for longer than with 'keepers. The ball was in his hand securely from the topmost part of his leap to when his hand came down and clipped his leg. More than long enough for it to be deemed 'under control'. It was not as if he did not catch it cleanly - he did. Gash decision to give 'not out'...
I was asleep and haven't seen it either but instantly thought of this from the 99 world cup semi final, steve waugh told herschelle gibbs straight away "you've just dropped the world cup" and he was correct. Also the reason for it not being given out is given in the commentary here.I haven’t seen the incident but it is not only wicket keepers that throw it up immediately. Unless they play for the draw. With a damp ball, should be an easy-ish run chase from here
