haha you can only laugh, what are they coaching these people? how to give your wickets away in the stupidist way possible. seems as though they were going along nicely playing attacking cricket. come out after lunch, go into your shell and lose 3 quick wickets. why don't they learn? lyon is band average, if aussies bang average batting line-up can smack swann out of the attack, surely england's can do the same?

they need to replace gooch sharpish, i have no idea what he is teaching them, but it's either block or slog, there's no inbetween. when you've been blocking for so long, you're not going to get the slog right.

wasn't watching, but the team score was ticking nicely. fine then, cook was playing attacking and it's probably the best innings they'd mustered. their scoring rate all series has been abysmal and then when that happens, a couple of quick wickets and the scoreboard looks ****e.

is there not one brain cell in the whole batting/coaching team that has realised this yet?
 
its well poised, a 50 or 60 run partnership from these two and aussies will be thinking about what that will be chasing, we lose a couple and were wondering if we can get a score to bowl at, great stuff in a fantastic sporting city, come on KP, ram it down Agnew's throat, the bell
 
The Aussies bowl some dead tight channels and rarely throw down a boundary ball it has to be said. You could argue England should be attacking the bowling to change the lines and lengths, but they have zero confidence, it's easier said than done.
