bowling first?! Unless its overcast thats a shocker, nicely taken yourself out way for another day though cook you posh belter

Sounds like an unusually green wicket and favourable overhead conditions. Bowl them out cheaply then hope to **** the sun comes out.

fair enough then, just read we havent had an LBW all series, if thats true that is shocking, we eliminate the stumps far too often

can't believe that mate. Anderson bringing it into left handers used to be certain LB's and didn't Watson get out virtually every innings in the summer like that? It's been an eye opener this series. Credit to the Aussies, to turn it round like they have has been admirable.

We dont bowl at the stumps and usually have no more than two slips, pure genius that, cook is proper moyes

Correct -there have been no LBW dismissals (0 out of 57) when Australia have batted in this series....

Although to be fair LBW's in Brisbane and Perth particularly are hard to come by unless balls are yorker length, plus we've hardly swung a ball all series.

We bowl too short, banging it in back of a length, terrible way to bowl but very economical.

Sydney does a lot when it's green usually, so will be very interesting first session. I remember the two Pakistanis who got done for spot fixing, young kid Amir and the other guy (can't remember his name) absolutely destroying them a couple of years back, swing and seam.

This is the key line regards all the problems with Cook's england

True enough, but it highlights our terrible tactics towards the tail as well

Agreed, not defending them at all I was in Melbourne to see the debacle that unfolded, quite shocking to lose in the circumstances we found ourselves..
