australia's batsmen have been doing the same all series as well tbf. been helped out by the lower order and then the top order have made their averages look better with england's bowlers low on confidence coming out about 200 runs behind.

same old from england here, surely they have a plan to overcome haddin. spinner should have been on about half an hour ago. come around the wicket etc. they don't mix it up at all.

has steve smith played one good shot yet? his head, arms and body are all over the place. he has a terrible technique, but every time i watch him he'll get 25-30's purely by thick edging in weird places i.e. over gully.

he's not a test standard player.

suppose i meant style rather than technique. chanderpaul was a wonderful player with a great defence, smith just swings his arms in an unnatural way.

could well be getting his 3rd test century here though, all 3 against england the useless tosspots.

He's got a good hand eye, I actually like watching him bat because of his ungainliness haha.

We're so pants at cricket now.
