I’ve just looked at the Man U Stewards application form an nowhere does it mention club affiliation.

The problem with telling fibs is that once you tell one, you’ve got to tell another and another.

I've made absolutely nothing up, I've just said, you have to attend an assessment centre where they ask why you've applied etc. And part of the interviewers task is to get rid of the superfans, there's always a surplus because people think the job is a lot more to do with watching the game than what it is (unless you get lucky and land a good spot).

Both very similar lives and jobs which timescales line up.
