overkill
Player Valuation: £20m
I would want to clear out all but Digne, Godfrey, Allan & Pickford, but realistically were not going shift 20 players.
So the players I want to see gone in what's somewhat realistic is
Alex Iwobi - expensive, offers nothing been here 2 years now, issue with him is he's likely on high wages but he's value has dropped due to two years poor form. If we can get any kind offer for him we should be taking it.
Andre Gomes - I was a big fan of him when he was here on loan, he was strong and carried the ball and got us moving forward.
He hasn't done this for such a long time it's unlikely he'll get that back, currently he doesn't effect the game enough. Neat and tidy at times but looses the ball when pressured and doesn't defend well.
Gylfi Sigurdsson - Should let his contract run out and let him move on, he can't get about the pitch and the couple through balls, or the odd worldie he scores just isn't enough, too many games pass him by and this will happen more he's another year older and possibly even less.mobile.
Fabian Delph - He's had some alright games for us, but he's never fit.and seems very keen to sit games out. Terrible attitude and hasn't offered anything he was brought in to do. If any club will take him we should be doing everything we can to get him out.
Bernard - Shown flashes of quality in his time with us, but ultimately isn't good enough to overcome is physical shortcomings. Doesn't create much going forward and isn't a direct threat. We need his large wages off the wage bill.
Moise Kean - hasn't shown anything for us, but he may still be able.to cut.it, issue is I don't think he wants to play for us, we can't afford players like that in the squad.
If he comes back extremely motivated wanting to give it a go for Everton I'd be happy to have him, if it's Kean's usaul.attitude then we need to sell him as we should be able to get some good £££ for him.
Josh King - his deal expires, no point in.offering.him anything as he's not shown anything to suggest he'll make an impact.
Mason Holgate/Michael Keane - I wouldn't be actively looking to sell these, but we should be looking at any offers for either of them, they are both premier League centre backs but it's still an area to improve in if we have ambition to Improve on this season's efforts.
Even this, is more players than weRe likely to get rid of, but these players I beleive offer nothing to the squad and shouldn't be playing for us. (Exception of Keane, Holgate I just think we shouldn't be refusing any offers for them, and Kean depending on his motivation)
