It was a joke mate.....
Pete, you have been called a drunk, a racist, and to old to vote yesterday.

have a read of this

A senior member of Labour's 'in' campaign urged activists not to bother trying to canvass 'older white men' – because they are the 'problem'.

Pat Glass, the shadow Europe minister, made her controversial comments just weeks after describing a member of the public as a 'horrible racist'.

She performed her latest gaffe while appearing alongside John McDonnell at a Labour In For Britain event in Wolverhampton on Monday night.

The Express and Star newspaper said she had been responding to a voter's question on how to engage people to back the Remain campaign

The MP for North West Durham said women and young people were 'key' to a Remain victory and added: 'Go and speak to your mother, your grandmother. Don't speak to your grandfather, we know the problem are older white men.'

Mr McDonnell, the shadow chancellor, then responded: 'Can I speak up for a couple of older white men? I'll let Jeremy know.'

A Labour spokesman from the party's West Midlands region said: 'It was a light-hearted comment and it was received in that way by the audience. Labour are clearly fighting for every single vote and are of course encouraging everyone to vote to remain on 23 June.'

Hitler answered that question with the quote I gave.

"Hitler said that the conquering Arabs, because of their racial inferiority, would in the long run have been unable to contend with the harsher climate of the country. They could not have kept down the more vigorous natives, so that ultimately not Arabs but Islamized Germans could have stood at the head of this Mohammedan Empire"

Not necessarily Germans but one group would dominate and that's the problem. By group I don't necessarily mean race or religion or ideology or whatever just one group. Everyone else will be forced to live by the standards of that group.
You said they were best friends. You said THE Muslims as if the whole of Islam sided with the Nazis. An insult to the many many Muslims who fought against racism because it is so far removed from the truth.

Then right back at you for anti semites and former BNP members.
Not a lot of people know that UKIP are the only party that actively ban former BNP and NF members from joining them.
Below are a small selection of households displaying UKIP posters for the Clacton and Rochester by-elections. Guess what they all have in common?

Their addresses and, where the information is available, current owners all appear on the 2007/2008 leaked BNP membership list.

I've always found that it's those with a poor argument who resort to personal attack and see racism, etc etc, in practically anything said or written.......

The above is quite interesting though because I think women are the key. A lot of men have already decided what they are going to do, and most older men will probably vote leave. The big issues for some women are perhaps less economic based and more about how immigration etc translates into school access, doctor access, and thinking about what sort of country the UK will be for their children. When this subject has come up in conversation, the majority of women suggest that they will vote leave......

I do find it strange that Labour are on the side of cheap imported labour into the country, it will play badly for them at the next election....

Do you not think it scary that someone has 'leaked' a list of names and photographed their houses.....seems like the tactics of an ex Austrian painter........

It's not racism unless German and French people became a different race without me realizing. What next. You can't take a pop at a kopite?
The Crime and Disorder 1998 Act is aimed at racism and xenophobia - including the denial of equal respect and dignity to people who are seen as "other". It has been challenged in the courts as to whether this includes nationality.

The House of Lords holds that the legal definition of "racial group" goes beyond colour, race or ethnic origin to include nationality, citizenship and national origin - even if they are not specified in the words used by the offender.

It's your humour and lightheartedness that gets me through the day. So even though you picked up on my terrible joke about France and Germany, you completely overlooked the main part of the post about Market reaction to polling views.....

why are people saying you are a right winger if you want out, my union The RMT want out and are anything but right wing, there are loads of support to leave articles in the Morning Star for example, they are very right wing i am sure.
Most of the so called workers rights the EU have given us were in fact predated by UK legislation.
its not a right v left battle at all.

I'm more concerned about the rise of Nationalism, and increasingly inward looking view on the world and the fact that someone is suggesting we stick it up our nearest neighbours, in a debate about whether we should leave the EU.

Labels.....everyone loves putting labels on folk. It doesn't matter whether they are correct or not. Call someone Right Wing and they are immediately labelled as someone who will invade Poland, call them left wing and they are rabid strikers who wish to bring down an elected government. People are not wholly left or right wing and indeed usually have a reasonable mixture of views to be well balanced depending upon the issue......
