That's a strange argument.
Basically you are saying that someone who doesn't do anything to stop something that has little to no likelihood of happening is as guilty of the thing that the perpetrator who in theory would have been. Even when doing so would result in real cost to them.
I hope St Peter at the Pearly Gates isn't as tough as you are.
Would you argue that legalising murder is not a violent policy?
Or that legalising anal rape is not an anti male policy?
If you legalise something that is harmful, then you are allowing harm to occur.
Now farage clearly doesn't think it would be harmful for employees to have the option to advertise blacks only or so on, and that's fine, I'm not saying he's wrong and I'm right. I'm just saying I do hence why I think it's a racially harmful policy.
