Apparently potential new owners for Hull City now
@philmcnulty: RT: @bbcburnsy Hull City owner Assem Allam says he has 2 potential buyers, though I'm not sure whether he considers them a good home.
 
Birmingham and Hull will be cheap in comparison to Everton, Hull are a current PL side and Birmingham a Championship side but has a good fanbase and could be seen to have an increased value if the new owners can inject some capital.
 
I think it needs changing yes but it's vital to the right people look how many clubs have been [Poor language removed] over
 

.....Ernst Young have announced there are 5 parties wanting to take over Birmingham City. Appears there is a demand to buy football clubs.

Yeah because it turned out really well the last time someone bought Birmingham. there are buyers out there, how many of these would be suitable for Everton? Who knows.
