The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

I reckon you're in a very small minority laughing at that mate.

Kenwright is and continues to be an utter disaster for this club. I'd say a good 95% would agree with that.
You have got to see martinez's shortfalls dave even if kenwright gave him 10 million he would go and but a defender and play him on the wing

All managers have shortfalls. Should they all get sacked after their first sticky patch?
If they see whats going wrong and try to change things not at all.
But if they just shrug their shoulders at the problems and don't change what do you think?
We will go to newcastle play exactly the same with naismith and eto'o on the wings you know it.

Will be:

mcgeady eto'o barkley

Lukaku

When it should be:

Mcgeady Barkley Pienaar

Ah well more points dropped. How can a man be paid 60 odd grand a week to make such simple errors?

Its 15 years almost to the day he, the worlds greatest Evertonian, bought out Johnson and when he, in his own words, realised he cant provide the money for any manager we have in charge.
Christmas Eve 1999. Which means we're already into the 16th year of this regime. Almost 20 years since a trophy win almost all of it endured on Kenwright and his cockney controllers watch.

Congratulations Bill, you must be a proud man. The most unsuccessful chairman in Everton's history.

Beg to differ, such has been the sleight of hand under Bill, that Evertonians generally start at not being relegated, FA cup final or even semi, and 6th place league finish as being success, that makes him the most succesful chairman in the multi multiverses....

Kenwrights failing has been to go for the 'easy' option with Martinez - in order to keep his own, Kenwright's, misconduct at board level continue unabated. Unquestioning, smiling, not say boo to a goose - he didnt care that the warning signs from Wigan - relegation, failure to adapt his style to the realities of the situation - were flashing out like a beacon at him.

The standard management tactic of appointing weak people underneath them to ensure their own positions are not threatened.
