Yes mate, point taken about good governance but, let's be honest, if good governance,transparency and financial acumen were in place, this thread wouldn't exist.(Hope that doesn't sound flippant)I appreciate what you are saying, may be I am being overly rigorous, I just think from a good governance point of view and given the cross-over of his duties and the services his company provides it should be declared. It could be argued (particularly him being Commercial Director) that he is part of the "key management" of the club/company.
Do you happen to know if the relationship with Kenyon Fraser still exists, or was it a case of the contract was terminated either when Richard Kenyon was appointed or if a fixed term contract, on the end date.
Just a personal bug-bear, but why give someone a job title including the word director if they aren't a board member. End of rant.
