I'm not being a denier in any sense but it would be good to hear the same allegation without parliamentary privilege.

Yes it would. And I think the only reason it's on deck now in the HoC is the atmosphere surrounding Green.

Nevertheless, the answer Matheson got was that the FA do have the ability to reach into those vehicles if there's just reason to suspect influence from shadow directors. Now that was a point being made lots of times and it was batted away unceremoniously by some.

I suspect now the urgency to get at BCR is not there anymore. However this should stand as affirmation that doubts amongst supporters concerning club governance (and possible solutions suggested by them) should not be dismissed or ignored or ridiculed....something to bear in mind as we go forward with any new stadium plan.
 
Nice coincidence that "Earl's " shares were sold almost immediately before the whole BHS scandal broke and the police /SFO etc started sniffing around fat Phil.

I'm probably too cynical though
