Without a doubt she's done well at Eitc.
Only problem is that charities and businesses are different in the way they operate. Prior to EitC, she was in the education sector and her only "business" experience that I can see she has, is 3 years as Robert Elstone's deputy. If I'm wrong please correct me.
Can see why she's on the board, but business credentials are a bit thin.
 

If as anticipated (still not confirmed by the club) the AGM is on 22nd or 23rd November, the club must inform shareholders on the 1st or 2nd November at the latest (21 days notice).

GOV.UK/Board Members at Sport UK. She's well worth a place on the Everton board.

My point was her lack of business experience tbf.
Sport UK is a statutory body and appears to be funded by Government and the National Lottery, not a commercial venture.
I understand that she has done well and is well worthy of a place on the board, but can you argue the point that she appears to have little business experience.
 
Thank you to all the people who know things and then post the things they know in this thread so the people who dont know things can read them when on the loo or cant sleep or bored at the airport like I am now.
