Yeah Davek. Something hangs very heavy.
It's called VILLA'S DEBT burden. Its enormous and would take years to pay off.
'Everton will be sold this summer'. Do you still stand by this claim?

Elstone's reply was that of an MP,giving a reply that tells you nothing!Latest response to Evertonians for Change third letter to Robert Elstone is on the website for those interested www.evertoniansforchange.com/latest-news
Mate you have to take a step back and look at the comparrions here, they took on massive amounts of debt they cant afford, this isnt a good thing or having a go, it short sighted massively poor management from their board and major shareholder. Despite this they cant get near us. He didnt back the manajor financially, he lent/borrowed massive amounts and is now rolling back as the financial future of the club is hitting the rocks.
Debt is bad people, 120 mill in 5 years especially - poor poor management.
All I will say is that Everton as football clubs go is a good investment with much potential if the animal is handled correctly.
Not in the same way Lerner went about it.

'Everton are going into administration'. Do you still stand by that claim?
A reasonable request knocked back with the arrogance and cluelessness most people now associate with the failed regime taking Everton nowhere.
Elstone nees to be more specific in his invitations in the future:
"Anyone is welcome to come into my office for a cup of tea and a chat...unless you're part of that terrorist group 'Evertoninas for Change' or you have any awkward questions. Cheers."

Elstone's reply in full:
Dear Simon
I can only repeat the gist of my previous responses. The Club works hard on all aspects of communication ensuring we reach as many fans as we can, in a variety of different ways. We are confident our dialogue is open and transparent, our engagement with fans is representative and our agendas are relevant. We believe we do a good job.
Whilst we will always look to improve and do more, I hope for very obvious reasons, on a more fundamental basis, it does not feel appropriate to engage with a group that openly seeks to disrupt Club events and has the ousting of the current Board of Directors as one of its explicit aims.
Yours Sincerely
Robert Elstone
Then Davek's version here:
I still think Mr Elstone is a complete cnut for doing a 'Ratner', but he's is not far wrong in assuming in acting as a go-between the board and club supporters will be a futile one at best. For a start he is hardly going to support and facilitate disruptions to the business and removal of a board. FFS lids, he is employed by the board to do a specific job for them, so he's hardly gonna stab them in the back.
