Even the signing of Fellaini was done right on the window closing, so you can dismiss that transfer window also considering the months of pain we felt!!

...and I pointed out that it depends on your definition of the transfer window and more importantly how Everton operate within that transfer window. With our finances Everton are unlikely to make two major signings in each transfer window in the same season. You simply sound like someone who is sad when we buy someone and only seem to be happy when we don't buy Messi or Xavi. You really need to start reading what's in other people's posts rather than responding to what you believe is in them. For the hard of learning: an article today suggested that Everton supporters had little to look forward to in this transfer window. I commented that the reporter could have made that statement about the last five transfer windows....and I'm right too.
If you need any more clarification dont hesitate to ask for it.

I'd love to live in that world detached from the reality of Everton's finances.
But keep bashing that keyboard, I'm sure Kenwright is trembling in his boots knowing that Davek is preparing another missive.
Mods, can we merge this with some other thread.

No ones asking for a big signing every single window are they?
Just one would be nice. Just one that would help the team we support push on, or hell even stay where we are. Numerous opportunities to buy those players gone sailing by.
But apparently because we signed Fellaini 3 years ago that point is somehow less valid.
You can either accept that fact or argue about semantics and ask when is a transfer window not a transfer window.
I hope that you don't think for one second that I'd do cartwheels if we don't sign anyone. We all want Everton to sign someone. The way people are talking its if the window has closed. Not as far as I know. We may not sign someone. I'd be very worried if that's the case, but I'd rather see what happens and react accordingly without rushing to judgement.
Unless of course all your interested in is unrelenting negativeness.
Any more riveting football analyses from football 365, havnt read since i posted earlier - but i imagine its something like Kenwrong is killing our club, if only we were Sunderland, net spend and other tedish antics which lets be honest are all new and special! Learn to like yourselves people.
Ah the fury, it wouldnt be the summer without it.
I agree. I would much rather we just do nothing this window rather than try and improve the squad. How much could we really improve it anyway? Best to leave this folly to other teams.
Transfer window is open seven days mate, most of our rivals trying to catch us have fire their best players and there is a month and a half to go. A grip needs to be gotten.

I'm calm about the situation. I mean it's not like this happens every window. This is only a one off and come the close of the transfer window, we'll be in a far stronger position on the field. It's what has happened every other transfer window, so I trust they'll get it right again.
