Davek can I ask you- what do you proactively do to get your point across to the wider world? You seem to post on here all the time do you do anything to get Kenwright out?

That has to remain a secret. Rest assured, though, it's substantial.

I heard he runs around outside Goodison with 'KENWRONG OUT FFS' painted across his chest. At the moment it has only resulted in his arrest for 'disruptive behaviour.'

I think if we go though the various possibilities like that the secret element is ruined. Rest assured - your favourite poster is in the vanguard.

My favourite poster?! Is that a joke?

Ill give you one thing- you bring the fight, constant, never ceasing, unstoppable. It does feel like that its not even about Everton for you anymore, its the principal of it.

The bottom line for me is- yes its blindly obvious for us to advance we need a change but if it meant an ownership like Magnusson (sp) at West Ham, Portsmouth, Man City under the thai, birmingham, etc I would rather wait. The massive catch 22 is the person looking for buyer is also the person with the vested interested.

Seriously- what are the realistic alternatives at this time?

I have no idea what the best buyer looks like on paper or in reality but I see what some of the worst look like. Im not pro Kenwright but I am anti a regime similar to Leeds when they over spent and have spent years in the wilderness, southampton when they spent a fortune on a stadium and no money for players- where are they now?

You can go on and on and yes you can counter with stories of Chelsea, Man City, Spurs but they are the minority.

Who is a viable option? There must be some potentials that your vast work towards change stumble across- or is that a secret too?

You write about two polar extremes of nu-ownership and their success/failure as if Everton aren't at some point in-between. But we are. We're toward that failed club pole.

After Gregg went we effectively had new owners when the proxy that is Robert Earl came forward to establish an offshore finance vehicle - just so no one knows who owns the shares. The new owners/controllers came in and tried a get rich quick scheme that didn't come off and now they refuse to fund the playing side of things. That sounds very much like some of the other horror stories trotted out about Premier League takeovers doesn't it? Of course, having a puppet like Kenwright to muddy the waters in that respect is the big difference and makes Everton seem unlike other failed takeovers...but they're not. They're every bit the failed project of chancers and carpetbaggers that the others are.

what I just find confusing- they tried a get rich quick scheme in your eyes- yes? So if that didnt work why not sell to anybody and get out. I do believe we could be sold fairly easily to some Tom [Poor language removed] or Barry with enough funds to buy them out but maybe no more for investment.

So who could the future owners possibly be?

Someone willing to fund players, has fresh ideas for a new stadium, and willing to stomach paying this crew x4/5 the money they paid for their shares.

Not a lot of them around I suspect. Maybe the last factor has been the deal breaker. That certainly is the nerve the People's Group are pressing on right now and Bill and co and their helpers dont like it one little bit.
