Just got back from weekend up in the pool, watching Villa.

Noticed that the times Kenwright came on the screen, there was many more people clapping and cheering. It was only when they showed him the second time that a minority booed.

He still has support from the majority of the goodison match goers it seems.

Any thoughts on why the club is showing "The Great Leader" on the match screen at regular intervals ?

It really isn't that unusual, especially when all the media hype has surrounded the blue union protest that the cameras would pick out the contentious figurehead. Hardly a conspiracy. Not unusual to see a club chairman anyway on matchday pictures.

What was perhaps unexpected from the blue union people was the massive round of applause he got.

...one's a self obsessed tyrant, the other's the leader of a failed state.

Incredible coincidence.

And over at QPR you've got Tony Fernandes sitting with one of the wealthiest men in the world at loftus road.....

Get Big Kim in ffs....

QPR are in a city full of bigger clubs with no new stadium and no global fanbase to exploit, they'll never attract investment.

Witness in the last ten posts how the salient fact that Blue Union and anti kenwright fans are in the minority (as evidenced by the hearty applause for Kenwright and only a few boos the second time he was shown) has been ignored by the anti brigade. Instead, rather than deal with these issues they resort to the usual juvenile smear tactics and post pictures of kenwright next to an acknowledged dictator of a ruthless repressive third world country.

If that kind of retarded argument sways you then fair enough.

Seems like the people of the peoples club still have a bit of affection for blue bill. If anything its getting bigger the more the nasty mean spirited and vicious sorts on forums like these crawl out of the woodwork to spew their vile over a true evertonian and a man of 66.
