No restricted views here.. Ringfenced.. Do you clap when he comes on the screen ??

Agree with Cena, Goodison is more than a building, it's our home. I'd be loath to leave her for anything other than a really top class stadium. i.e. Kings dock sort of thing. Sentimentality is important.

Give me a restricted seat any day over Goodison being bulldozed and turned into a retail park - which WILL happen if we left, they will sell the land to make £££

Its one of the lowest priced real estate areas in the country Cena.. I have always said, re-develop one stand at a time..

They know building a retail park will regenerate Walton, like it would of to Kirkby, which is why selling the land (i'm sure £10m was quoted a few years back) will be attractive to retail developers which is why Everton - in my opinion - wouldn't think twice about selling the land Goodison is on

Yeah, again I agree.. But Goodison is mortgaged up to the hilt !

Fozzy, I don't understand the condescending replies from you mate, i'm merely expressing an opinion, I've admitted i'll probably be in the minority, but it's how I feel.

Thought you may have been able to have a decent conversation/debate without having to resort to that, but there you go

if i come across as condescending then im sorry not meaning to! (smilies needed)

but as elstone (ok he a tit) said about the ****es referb its not viable!

new ground 60,000 seats £350m or referb for extra 15,000 seats £150m dont make sense to me mate!

plus selling of grounds to cover costs! i would want a new ground with no up keep costs no loss of revenue while building it all adds up!

My apologies mate, maybe coz its late and its how I read it.

Sadly for me, i don't think Goodison will be redeveloped.

I just worry in 30+ years will a 60k ground with amazing hospitality be good for any team? I don't think football will sustain this boom forever

" Right lads, were going to sell Fellaini in Jan.. All the money will re-develop St End top to bottom..." Discuss ?

Where do the extra fans come from to warrant a 60k stadium ? We couldnt sell out Reds, Utd.. at home last season !!
