There's no access, no AGM to put questions so how do you expect to get proof?

It's like saying all the people accusing Saville are conspirators and liars because there's no film of him waving his bellend at sick kids in hospital.

To be fair in the case of Jimmy Saville you have the small matter of a few hundred victims but never mind.

An AGM isn't the only forum for questions though is it? But setting that aside there has to be something to go on first.

That's the crux; if you believe Kenwright hasn't been deceitful that Green has nothing to do with the club that the non sale of our club is down to the financial straits (he (they) have steered us into) then there's nothing to see here.

If you suspect otherwise it's a different matter.

You're right it's untrue.

If it weren't letters warning of potential law suits would be flying out of GP, the issue is some don't like questions being asked and resort to blather.

Talking in terms of slander and false accusations pompously waffling about proof and the infallibility of auditors is a diversion to genuine calls for understandable detail.

There is zero justification for Everton not having an AGM, other than the club being scared they'd get a hard time off the shareholders. I know all the back history, don't worry. I think enough time has now passed for them to be reinstated. If the likes of Arsenal can have an AGM, there's no reason why we shouldn't have one.

Therefore you are saying (by definition) that there's a chance he's committing fraud.

Can't do that sadly, since merely quoting a libel made by someone else is considered to be as much of a libel as the original.
